Welcome at the airport by a CSEN person and transfer to the Hotel Mantegna, Via Andrea Mantegna 130;

h 8.30 am – 9 pm
Welcome at the Hotel with reception desk and info desk. Delivery of sports kit, programme and identification badge;

h 10 am – 1 pm / 3.30 pm - 6.30 pm
Project reception desk (administrative documents of the project) at Hotel Mantegna dedicated to the escort person of each group (informally available also after dinner);

h 1.30 pm – 3.30 pm
Buffet lunch (for the delegations arrived at the Rome Airport within 2.05 pm);

Afternoon
Free time for the delegations already arrived;

h 8.15 pm – 8.30 pm
Meeting at the Hall Hotel Mantegna with the Escort person of your venue-group (Aosta, Assisi, Brindisi, Rossano Calabro, Grosseto, Messina, Monza, Pescara, Rome, Sassari, Turin, Udine) and transfer to the Hotel Mantegna Auditorium Hall;

h 9.00 pm
Dinner at the Hotel Mantegna Auditorium Hall and welcome salutation.
